How the EduGrowth Sprint Works
The pathway runs across 2 semesters and 4 quarters, divided into 4 Levels.
Each level follows 3 structured stages:

According to the roadmap, participants who take longer to qualify:
Still move to the next quarter after course completion, even if they haven’t qualified yet.
Get up to 12 additional weeks in the next quarter to meet the required performance benchmarks.
Continue receiving training, guidance, and practice opportunities during this extended period.
Become eligible for stipend and paid internship only after final qualification, ensuring fairness and performance-based growth.
This system ensures that slow starters are not dropped, but instead are given structured support, time, and a clear second chance to succeed.
