
Curriculum Design & Development Body
This body consists of experienced professionals-often veterans from the Leadership Body- who specialize in research, innovation and the continuous evolution of the program. Their responsibilities include:
- Designing, updating, and testing the program curriculum to match industry demands.
- Structuring the program into progressive learning stages for measurable skill development.
- Ensuring that the curriculum remains practical, performance-driven and aligned with real-world sales and counselling requirements.
- Training both Program Leaders and members of the Leadership Body to ensure consistent delivery quality
This body is responsible for the ongoing research, development, and refinement of the GrowthSprint–LeadGenius curriculum. Drawing from industry insights and real-world performance data, it ensures that the program remains relevant, innovative and results-oriented
Key Accountabilities:
- Curriculum Research & Innovation – Continuously study industry trends to update and improve the program content.
- Program Structuring – Design learning modules, practice activities, and progressive skill-building frameworks.
- Testing & Validation – Pilot-test new content and methods to ensure effectiveness before rollout.
- Leader & Trainer Development – Train Leadership Body members and Program Leaders in updated methods and tools.
- Alignment with Objectives – Ensure curriculum directly supports the program’s vision, KPIs, and participant outcomes.
- Documentation & Standardization – Maintain comprehensive program manuals, guidelines, and updates for consistent delivery.
