Leadership Body
The Leadership Body is the strategic and guiding force of the program. Comprising senior leaders, trainers and program visionaries, this body:
- Leads the program’s growth, expansion, and long-term direction.
- Trains and develops new participants, GrowthSprint LeadGenius Trainers’ Apprentices, and Licensees.
- Mentors business affiliates and drives program scalability.
- Holds accountability for training quality, participant certification, and program performance statistics.
- Ensures alignment with the program’s mission and high-performance culture.
The Leadership Body is the driving force behind the GrowthSprint–LeadGenius program’s vision and expansion. It sets the strategic direction, ensures training quality, and builds a culture of high performance and mentorship. Leadership members are accountable for shaping the program’s future while maintaining excellence in current delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
- Program Vision & Strategic Direction– Define and uphold the mission, objectives, and long-term growth strategy of the program.
- Participant & Apprentice Development– Train, mentor, and certify participants, GrowthSprint LeadGenius Trainers’ Apprentices, and Licensees.
- Quality & Standards Assurance– Monitor and maintain training standards, ensuring participants meet program KPIs.
- Business Affiliate Engagement– Support and guide affiliates in promoting and scaling the program.
- Performance Monitoring– Track and evaluate program statistics, making data-driven improvements.
- Expansion & Growth– Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets for program outreach.
