Phase 3: Real-Time Execution & Portfolio Building (Semester 2)

Duration: 4–6 months
Focus: Autonomous execution with mentor guidance; career identity formation

  • Testimonials or trainer reviews
  • Lead sheets with closure data

3. Role Progression

4. Mini-Projects

Phase 4: Performance Evaluation & Certification
