This one-year professional training program is designed to launch participants into the world of sales, admissions and career counselling, with a strong focus on practical performance. Structured in two transformational phases, the first semester offers trainer-supported, internship-style training with live exposure to cold calling, lead conversion and student registration. The second semester transitions participants into the role of Associate Sales and Counselling Professionals, where they operate under the strategic guidance of mentors & performance coaches while engaging in real-time business development activities.
This is not a course to simply “learn sales”, this is where you become a sales professional. Participants will work on real leads, manage objections, run follow-ups, conduct webinars & build trust with prospects- driving conversions for both skill-based training programs (like digital marketing, IT, jewellery & interior design) & formal university programs.
