This session is conducted live and online by the actual trainers who lead the program. These are the same professionals who will mentor and guide the participants throughout their journey. It’s not a marketing pitch — it’s a practical, human, and sincere conversation about the possibilities and expectations
What Happens in This Session:
- Introduction to the GrowthSprint–LeadGenius learning model
- Explanation of the objectives, purpose, and outcomes of the program
- Clarification of career roles, skillsets, and job-readiness post-training
- Overview of the program duration, weekly schedules, and fees

- Invitation to proceed to the Induction Session, if interested
