Registration & Onboarding- Enter the Ecosystem
Purpose:
This is the final and formal step of joining the EduGrowth Specialist Program. It marks the transition from ‘prospective participant’ to ‘registered trainee.’
Steps in the Registration Process:
- Submission of Registration Form
- Payment of Program Fee
- Receipt of Confirmation and Registration Number
- Addition to official communication groups (WhatsApp/Email/CRM)
- Access to Orientation Kit, Timetable, and Initial Tasks
Onboarding Includes:
- Introduction to the Week 1 learning and implementation plan
- Assignment of first preparatory activities or self-paced learning tasks
- Invitation to the first live trainer session (as per batch schedule)
- Briefing on how to interact in groups, submit tasks, and seek support
- Issuance of Participation ID and access to the learner’s portal (if applicable)
Outcome:
The participant is now officially part of the GrowthSprint–LeadGenius ecosystem. They begin their journey with a clear structure, accountability mechanisms, and daily support from the training team.

- Builds strong commitment before any fee is collected

- Prepares participants emotionally and professionally to begin implementation from Day 1
