Induction Session – Prepare for the Journey
Purpose:
The Induction Session is the gateway between interest and commitment. This is a mandatory session for anyone who wishes to register. It goes far deeper than the Awareness Session and sets the tone for how the program will actually function
Duration:
2 hours (live, online)
Key Components:
- Deep dive into the structure of training and internship integration
- Explanation of participant responsibilities and daily routines
- Review of policies such as attendance, task submission, participation, and ethical conduct
- Introduction to projects, live tasks, and assignments (e.g., cold calling, CRM use, webinars)
- Overview of support system: Trainers, mentors, coordinators, and peers
- Opportunity for interactive Q&A with trainers and alumni (in some batches)
- A session for participant’s promise — a voluntary, verbal or written declaration of commitment and professionalism
Outcome:
Only participants who fully understand and agree to the framework, policies, and required commitment are invited to register. This ensures that only serious and self-driven individuals move forward.
