Before joining the GrowthSprint–LeadGenius–EduGrowth Specialist Program, every aspiring participant journeys through a structured three-stage process designed to ensure clarity, readiness and long-term commitment. This sequence builds awareness, orientation, and personal ownership, creating a smooth transition into our performance-driven internship-integrated training experience.

Awareness Session

This live, trainer-led online session serves as the introduction to the entire EduGrowth Specialist Program. Participants are given complete insight into the program’s purpose, learning outcomes, structure, and real-world benefits. Trainers also share details regarding session schedules, duration, fees, and internship integration. The session invites participants to explore whether this opportunity aligns with their career goals and inspires them to take the next step.

Register for Awareness Session

Induction Session

Only those genuinely interested proceed to this deeper two-hour session. Here, participants receive detailed guidance on how to actively participate in the program. Trainers outline key policies, commitments, assignments, project work, and the exact roadmap of the training journey. The Induction also includes Q&A, program expectations, and the participant’s promise- affirming their readiness to uphold the discipline, ethics, and daily engagement this program demands.

Register for Induction Session

Registration and Onboarding

After completing the Induction Session, participants are invited to officially register by submitting the program fee. Once registered, onboarding begins immediately with access to communication groups, preparatory materials, and the first week’s implementation plan. The participant is now formally part of the GrowthSprint–LeadGenius ecosystem- ready to be mentored, measured, and transformed into a career-ready professional.
