The Journey That Transforms Students into Professionals
Every EduGrowth internship begins with one statement:

From Day 1, interns discover that this journey is designed to transform mindset first, and skillset next.
The Three Phases of Growth
1. Phase 1-Orientation & Foundation (Weeks 1-4):
Interns learn the DNA of EduGrowth-discipline, self-awareness and communication. They move from hesitation to clarity.
2. Phase 2-Action & Application (Weeks 5-8):
Live field tasks begin. Interns make calls, conduct counselling sessions, and handle real interactions. Confidence builds through repetition and mentorship.
3. Phase 3-Leadership & Mastery (Weeks 9–12):
Reflection journals, performance reviews, and peer collaborations transform interns into professionals who think like enablers.
