
Registration Body
The Registration Body manages the integrity and accuracy of all participant registrations. Working closely with the Leadership Body, they:
- Oversee the enrollment process for all program participants.
- Maintain and report on registration statistics.
- Ensure compliance with verification, eligibility, and record-keeping protocols.
- Safeguard the integrity of the participant database for both internal and partner use.
The Registration Body safeguards the integrity of the participant onboarding process. It ensures that every registration is processed accurately, meets eligibility criteria, and is documented for reporting and compliance purposes. This body also supports the Leadership Body by providing precise registration data for program planning.
Key Accountabilities:
- Enrollment Management – Oversee the complete registration process for all participants and affiliates.
- Eligibility Verification – Ensure that all applicants meet the program’s entry criteria.
- Data Integrity – Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records.
- Registration Reporting – Provide regular statistical reports to the Leadership Body for planning and monitoring.
- Process Compliance – Enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and transparency.
- Collaboration with Leadership – Work closely with leadership to align registration numbers with program capacity and goals.
