
Management Body
The Management Body is responsible for all operational, administrative and participant-support functions not directly covered by the Leadership Body. This includes:
- Providing logistical, technical, and resource-based support to participants, apprentices, licensees and affiliates.
- Addressing participant needs to ensure smooth engagement throughout their program journey.
- Maintaining service standards that allow the Leadership Body to focus on training, mentoring and expansion.
The Management Body ensures that participants, apprentices, licensees and affiliates have the operational, logistical and technical support they need. While the Leadership Body focuses on training and mentorship, the Management Body ensures that every other aspect of the program runs efficiently.
Key Accountabilities:
- Operational Support – Coordinate resources, tools, and facilities for smooth program delivery.
- Participant Assistance – Address administrative queries and ensure participants receive timely support.
- Affiliate & Partner Coordination – Manage relationships with business affiliates and partner institutions for operational needs.
- Issue Resolution – Respond quickly to participant concerns and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Communication Flow – Maintain effective communication between different program bodies and stakeholders.
- Logistics & Scheduling – Manage calendars, sessions, events and technical requirements for program activities.
